Is Ask an AI chatbot?+
No. Ask is a deterministic question engine. It recognises the products, people, teams, statuses and dates in your question and computes the answer from your workspace data, then shows what the answer was based on. If it can’t answer something, it says so — and suggests questions it can.
Where does activity come from?+
Merge requests and releases from GitHub or GitLab, closed tickets from Jira, and incidents and health changes recorded in Marqab. Marqab turns them into per-product digests and release notes.
Can product owners see only their own products?+
Yes. Give a manager “products they own” access and Marqab focuses their Home, Portfolio, Roadmap, Activity and Ask on exactly those products. Stakeholders can be limited to a hand-picked list, read-only.
Can I get my data out?+
Always — even after a trial ends. Export the whole portfolio as JSON, or each table as CSV for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Which languages and platforms?+
