How do I contact support?
In the app, open Settings → Help & support and start a request — you’ll get replies by email and in the app. Or email [email protected]. We reply as quickly as we can, usually the same or next business day.
I can’t sign in.
Marqab sends a one-time code to your email. Check spam, and make sure you use the same address your workspace invited. You can also sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft if your account uses that email.
Billing, invoices and refunds
Owners can change plan, update the payment method and download receipts in Settings → Billing (checkout and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy). See the refund policy or email [email protected].
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. If you’re the only owner of a workspace with other members, transfer ownership or delete the workspace first. You can also email [email protected] and we’ll do it for you.
Export or delete my data
Workspace owners can export everything from Settings → Import & export. For other privacy requests, see the privacy policy.
